I wonder if that's real? It says "Real Fact" and anything in quotes like that is definitely open for interpretation. Maybe, it's like 11.23333333%!

Well, things have been a bit hectic. I didn't reach the 50k mark of NaNoWriMo, though for a good part of the month it was looking as if I would and I was really getting there. School and life just got in the way more than I would have liked. I forgot about NaNo for days, even though my story is always on my mind and always will be. I may try again next year. Can anyone say sequel? :-P

Anyway, I reached about 32k, which is a great achievement for a month's worth of writing. That's about 1000 words a day, but I was really doing more than that in the beginning. I was writing close to 3000 a day. Sigh! I should have kept up with it and I regret it somewhat, but ah well.

What elseeeeee? The semester is nearly over and I am very very happy about that. I am still writing. Yay! I actually really like where I'm going with this story and I'm excited! My writing used to blow, I think it's gotten better ;-)

IRT opened back up. If you like HP and want to RP in a present day twist on the books, it's a great place, it's fun, and the people are awesome. I have been there for about 2 years, but the old board was lost and all of our greatness along with it! So, it's starting over fresh!

I ordered HP: OOtP on Amazon. Me love HP. Over break, I'm reading them through from start to finish! And writing. lol

Almost Halfway!

So, I have stuck with this NaNo thing and I am almost at the halfway point. I am rounding out at 23k words right now. And we're not even halfway through the month. Nice, isn't it? I am enjoying writing this, I really am. I hope I don't give it up.

Anyway, I am taking a bit of a break from writing. I have been
studying all day anyway. And reading. Right now, I'm reading the Sword of Turth Series by Terry Goodkind. I'm on the first book, Wizard's First Rule. It's actually really good, I like it :) It was something to read while I wait for any more David Eddings books to surface.

Anyway, it's back to the writing I think. I'm on a roll today. Nearly 5k words. Nice. :D

Day One of NaNoWriMo

So, NaNoWriMo not so bad!

I got in about 2600 words yesterday. About 1000 more than the 1667 a day. Already today I'm at 5000. Nice.

For some reason, I just feel really inspired. It's nice though, because I haven't been inspired really in a long time. I can't wait to write and I am becoming absorbed in doing it. I still haven't decided if I am going to post any of it here, but there is an excerpt on NaNoWriMo on my profile.

Well, I have to get going for a Quiz. Oh joy, what fun!

My first blogspot post. Nice. I don't really have much to say today, just wanted to post a post.

Oh, I'm at 2604 out of 50,000 words for NaNoWriMo! Woooo! And it's only day one. For some reason, I just really got inspired. It's fun nonetheless.
